Hi, I’m Lisa, a Health and Wellbeing Coach specialising in lifestyle change, metabolic disease, and menopause.
With over 10 years’ experience in health and wellbeing, I now work across both the NHS and private sectors, supporting individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes that improve energy, balance, and long-term health.
My mission is simple: to empower you to feel your best; confident, healthy, and in control of your wellbeing. I do this by keeping things practical and evidence-based, helping you build small, realistic habits that lead to lasting results.
I believe that food, movement, sleep, and stress management are the four pillars of health. When we get these right, in a way that fits your life, everything else falls into place.
