Hi, I’m Lisa Jones, a Health and Wellbeing Coach with over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals to make meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes.
I currently work across both the NHS and private sectors, leading a team of health coaches and developing group programmes that empower people to take control of their health.
Alongside my NHS work, I offer private health coaching for individuals looking for personalised support with long-term conditions such as weight management, hormonal change, or metabolic conditions.
My Philosophy
I believe wellbeing is built on a balance between nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and self-care.
My approach combines evidence-based science with a compassionate, practical coaching style that helps people find what truly works for them.
Together, we focus on the four key pillars of health: sleep, stress, nutrition, and movement to build sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle and restore your energy, confidence, and vitality.
My Journey
My passion for health began in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, where I grew up surrounded by mountains, trails, and a love for movement. Like many, I once believed that pushing harder and eating less were the keys to fitness. Motherhood showed me the importance of balance, self-care, and listening to my body.
That turning point inspired me to retrain as a Health Coach, studying holistic nutrition and behaviour change at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I now use that knowledge to help others achieve health that feels balanced, and sustainable.

I’m a proud mum of two energetic boys, a coffee lover, and an outdoor enthusiast who still loves to run trails, though now for joy, not punishment!
As a former elite athlete, I’ve competed as a premier-level footballer, five-time Hyrox podium finisher, and three-time Hyrox World Championship qualifier. That experience has taught me the discipline and mindset behind performance, but also the importance of recovery, rest, and balance — the same principles I bring to my coaching practice.
Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, and seek to bring balance to all important elements of your life. I will personally guide you to make simple changes that will allow you to find balance in every aspect of your life.
