ingredients
1 Cup almond milk
2 Tbsp steel cut oats
2 dates
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
cinnamon and vanilla to taste
4-5 ice cubes
method
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until desired consistency.
