Gym Rat Smoothie

The taste of this smoothie is so good, you feel like you are cheating on your good meal plan . Although it already boasts more then 8 grams of protein, you can easily add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to bring it up to more than 20 grams of protein for a great post-workout recovery drink 

ingredients

  • 1 Cup almond milk

  • 2 Tbsp steel cut oats

  • 2 dates

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • cinnamon and vanilla to taste

  • 4-5 ice cubes

method

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until desired consistency.
