Ingredients:
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Raw Honey
1 Banana (frozen)
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
1 cup Water
Method:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
