This creamy, tropical smoothie is very quick to make, full of vitamin C and betacarotene and naturally dairy free, too.

Ingredients:
1 large mango, roughly chopped (or frozen)
1 small banana, sliced and ideally frozen
250ml coconut milk or almond milk
juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tbsp)
ice cubes
Method:
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
