Winter Sun Smoothie

This creamy, tropical smoothie is very quick to make, full of vitamin C and betacarotene and naturally dairy free, too.

Hands-on time: 5 mins Total time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango, roughly chopped (or frozen)

  • 1 small banana, sliced and ideally frozen

  • 250ml coconut milk or almond milk

  • juice of 1 lime (about 2 Tbsp)

  • ice cubes

Method:

Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
